Reserved Rights:

(I) We reserve the right to change, with or without notice, any pricing, benefits, rewards, contact, etc. of any ranks or services. The rank benefits may change at any time without notice.

(II) We reserve the right to change, with or without notice any rules on the Miner Metro server.

(III) We reserve the right to ban you if you are breaking the rules of the server. You will not be refunded. All bans are subject to a full discretion of Miner Metro's staff team. Rules can be changed at any time. There is no guarantee on being able to join the Miner Metro server, and if the server and/or feature is no longer operated, the virtual items are to be voided. Refund requests due to issues concerning lag, game glitches, or any other issues are subject to the discretion of the Miner Metro staff team. All items are virtual and have no value.

Disclaimer:

(I) You are acknowledging that all items purchased, that are not perks, ranks or command are for a map only. Meaning that they will be lost upon a reset on the server.

(II) All terms and conditions are in effect indefinitely, and will remain active even after you quit, or are banned, removed, or leave the server, website, or other services in any way.

Legal Actions:

(I) You agree to indemnify the owner, staff, hosts, officers, directors, partners, and all other parties related to the server staff. By agreeing to these terms, you agree not to present any lawsuit or other legal challenge against the server staff, whether related to your purchase or not.

(II) You understand and agree that the use of this website, server, or any other content is made available and provided to you at your own risk. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a purpose, and non-infringement. You use all information and services at your own risk without our liability of any kind.

(III) By accepting the terms of this document, you waive your right to take any action, legal or otherwise, against anyone or anything related to the server, website, staff and administration, members, or any other services relating to this server. You also acknowledge that if any part of this document is found to be invalid or unenforceable in any way, any parts found to be invalid or unenforceable will be considered fully valid and legally binding.

(IV) You understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, accidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability of any services, unauthorized action to or alteration of your data, statements or conduct of any third party on the service, or any other matter relating to the server or the service. You may not take any legal actions towards us if this was to happen.

Refund Policy:

(I) All sales are final, you may not buyback, stop, credit the server by any means necessary in order to receive your funds back that of which have been paid. And in doing so we reserve the right to disallow your continued play on the server/Discord and not allow further funds to be added or taken away. We reserve the right to pursue any legal or collection action necessary to recover damages in the event of a forced charge-back.
